During the COVID-19 crisis, we automatically deferred eligible loan payments for three months, allowing our members to focus on what was really important – their health and family. We donated to local charities that were instrumental in getting food and healthcare supplies to our communities. Most importantly, we made sure our employees were taken care of by paying everyone their full wages and benefits during the entirety of the pandemic, regardless of whether or not they were working.
